Francorchamps Formule 1 VIP weekend (26 - 27 - 28 August 2011)
Hubermont is known as a venue for ‘development’, we offer you the opportunity to experience Hubermont as a base of operations for ‘relaxation and adventure’.
Given last year’s huge success, we will organise another VIP weekend from Friday, 26 to Sunday 28 August, whereby your stay is combined with the Formula I race and all activities surrounding it on the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack. Alonso, Massa, Hamilton, Button, Vettel, Webber, Rosberg, Schumacher and others will be in the Ardennes again in August!

The Formula 1 excitement is back. The race is bigger than ever before and this will turn it into a super event.
The VIP programme is made up as follows:
On Friday evening, 26 August as of 7 p.m. a welcome drink will be awaiting you in Hubermont, Space for Development. After checking into one of our comfortable rooms, you can go to the bar. On a wide-screen TV a few highlights from the 2007-2009 races will be shown to set the mood. Around 8.30 a delicious Formula 1 buffet will be served in the wine cellar.
Saturday, 27 August will be fully dedicated to stress-relaxation.
After breakfast you will be taken to the racetrack to experience the Formula One training and Saturday races. We booked first-rate seats in the Brussels grandstand. From here you will have an overview of the best bends and you will follow the rest of the race on a wide-screen TV opposite the grandstand. With the Hubermont lunch box you can enjoy yourself stress-free without missing out on the event.
After training we will proceed to action: in the racetrack’s vicinity along the border with Luxemburg we will hold our own mini race, not in Formula One cars, but in Go-Karts. Adrenaline rush and fun guaranteed!
In Hubermont you will be treated to an exclusive 4-course dinner in the evening, followed by the official prize-giving ceremony for the Go-Kart race.
The highlight of the weekend is undoubtedly Sunday, 28 August.
After an early breakfast we will head back to Les Combes, where we will see the Porsche Supercup to warm up for the Formula One Grand Prix.
Since the booked grandstand seats are numbered, you can wander around the racetrack and be sure to find your seat at the last moment to watch the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Once finished, we will return to Hubermont. As a reminder of this great experience, you will receive a small memento.

We are able to offer this VIP arrangement especially to our relations at the exceptional price of €520.00 (racetrack admission tickets are included in this price)
The All-in arrangement includes all drinks, wines and meals. We will obviously provide transportation by deluxe shuttle from Hubermont to the racetrack.

Given this weekend’s exclusive nature, we can only accept 22 registrations. Should you wish to make it part of your business activities, we can combine it with a management weekend, thus creating a business context. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
