Team and service
Hubermont offers a complete staff to guarantee a pleasant and carefree stay. Initial contact with the relevant offer takes place with Thomas. Together with Heidi they form the on-site team, assisted by Karelle and Nadine. Together they will ensure that guests feel at home. During busy times, Christiane will also help out. The new chef, Olivier, will make sure that your stay at Hubermont will also be a pleasant culinary surprise.
General management and sales are in the hands of Thomas.
In terms of service, Hubermont provides the option between a basic plan and an all-in plan. Details about the options and a rate overview are provided upon request. Groups of 14 people or more can rent all of Hubermont and will therefore have all the spaces at their disposal.

I was put in charge of the Sales and Marketing department at the special Hubermont centre and was also requested to manage this fantastic complex as of 1 August 2009. I have been assisted in this task by Heidi Hendrickx and the group of ladies, by now well-known to many of you, made up of Christiane, Nadine, Carine and Karelle.
Originally I earned a Master’s degree in Arabic and the new Persian language and literature, obviously a completely different field of study. After graduating, I have always worked in culture, tourism, congress and seminar organisation and have followed the necessary further training at the Lausanne Hotel School. After many years of wandering and travelling I settled in Belgium and fell in love with the wonderful nature in the Ardennes. I find the grandeur, the uniqueness and serene peace and quiet found in Hubermont one of the most attractive benefits that come with my new job. Pop round and take a look for yourself!

My name is Heidi Hendrickx and I studied Tourism & Recreation Management at the Catholic College of Higher Education in Mechelen. As part of this training, I completed a number of internships abroad, and I worked for five months in a 5-star hotel in Madrid as a trainer, where I was in charge of the rooms and the associated personnel, which implied doing our utmost to provide guests with a fantastic stay. I learned a lot from this experience, how a hotel is run, how to deal with guests, handle personnel, responsibility, etc. And now I was given the ultimate opportunity to be part of the enthusiastic team in Hubermont.
Upon your arrival in the centre’s breath-taking setting, I will personally welcome you and provide you with further details about your stay. This will be my first and most important task. Also, should something not be clear or should you have a problem, I will always be more than happy to lend you a helping hand. In addition, I will also be in charge of Sales, together with Mr Scholten. I hope to see you soon in Hubermont!
Karelle Dumont
It is now several years that I work at the seminar center of Hubermont.
The maintenance of the building and helping in the kitchen are the 2 tasks to which I devote myself and which make my work varied. Moreover, this employment enables me to be integrated in a dynamic team and to meet people coming from all horizons.
Nadine Maron

Working in the center for already two years, my work consists of the maintenance of the building and helping out in the kitchen. I find this place convivial where it is good to work and to resource, and even find serenity….
