From images to imagination
Developing and learning as precondition for sustainable change.
Open Appreciative Inquiry workshop
Reorganisation is a fact, the merger is completed, new departments have been created... at least on paper. The strategic offsite is coming up, the mission must be (re)formulated, team building is provided, growth scenarios must be envisioned, etc. Now the actual change and development work can start. You are probably familiar with this scenario.
How do you handle this successfully? What approach can help you here?
In the workshop "From images to imagination" you will become familiar with Appreciative Inquiry, a philosophy, attitude towards life and methodology to support paths of development and change within organisations.
Developing and learning as a basic condition for sustainable change is the common theme in this approach. This workshop teaches managers, consultants, trainers to work based on Appreciative Inquiry, which is an interactive process, where own experience is used and complemented by practical examples of successful applications. Everyone takes an active part and co-creates through reflection and action, from images to imagination.
